A Boy and His Broccoli?

Cohen LOVES looking in the fridge.  Whenever I open the fridge he likes to look inside and carefully chooses one item.  Usually it's a small bottle or jar or tupperware, but one day he found this broccoli and was really excited about his find.  It made me laugh, so I just had to take some photos.

Daddy's Helper Strikes Again

Cohen had a great time helping Daddy work on his new bike (yes, you read correctly, Mike has yet another new bike).  Cohen was especially helpful at making the wheels and pedals spin and watched them attentively to ensure they were spinning well.

Visiting Baby Peter

Last weekend we drove down to Washington to visit with Uncle Chris, Aunt Kate and cousin Peter.  Cohen and Peter played so well together and Peter did a good job of keeping up.  Thanks so much our American family for a great weekend!

Peter crawling as fast as possible to follow Cohen into the kitchen.

I call this one "Dudes in Diapers"

Happy Peter

The boys both enjoyed munching on the leftover Halloween candy and Cohen spent all weekend taking them out of the bowl and putting them back in.

Daddy's Helper

Daddy installed some new rolling shelves in the pantry and Cohen insisted on climbing right in to help!

Daddy's New Wheels

Despite the look on Cohen's face, he was quite upset that Daddy got into his car.....and then got stuck.

Cohen and Little Peter

Here's Cohen and Little Peter playing quietly together a few weeks ago.  Peter really liked the spinning top, so Cohen made sure it kept going.  We're looking forward to visiting Peter's home next weekend!

Trick or Treat

Cohen LOVED his first time trick-or-treating.  We took him to 4 or 5 houses, along with cousins Serena (pirate Izzy) and Ayla (rockin' toddler).  He tried to walk into every house that we went to and carefully chose his treat at the houses that let him choose.  He also loved watching all the bigger kids that we passed in the street.

When we first put him into his dragon costume, he wasn't too impressed, but it wasn't long before he wouldn't let us take it off.  He was the cutest dragon I've ever seen :)
